Initial Adjustment Period
We require a minimum 30-day trial of your new mattress to allow your body to adjust to the new support system and for the materials to fully settle.

If you still feel the mattress isn't right after 30 days, reach out to our support team via email or phone to initiate your return or exchange request.
Coordinate Pickup or Donation
Once your return is authorized, we will work with you to schedule a professional removal service or help you find a local charity for mattress donation.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive confirmation that the mattress has been picked up or donated, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, typically within 5-7 business days.
